акцептное финансирование.Операция, посредством которой банк (bank) предоставляет экспортеру либо импортеру заранее оговоренный кредит (см. acceptance credit) для финансирования закупок или продаж товаров. В качестве гарантии обслуживания выданного акцептного кредита банк может потребовать от заемщика в заклад товарную накладную или квитанцию на груз, определяющую номенклатуру товаров, под которые выдан кредит, либо предоставить иные гарантии. Заемщикам, пользующимся высокой репутацией, могут быть предоставлены "чистые" (без залогового обеспечения) кредиты. акцептование и возврат платежного требования.Операции, в рамках которых на время ожидания срока платежа происходит акцептование и возврат векселедателю по банковским каналам акцептованного переводного векселя (bill of exchange) или тратты (draft). При наступлении этого срока держатель расчетного документа возвращает его трассату (drawee) и выставляет требование об оплате. Так как этот процесс довольно громоздкий, его стараются избегать, оставляя акцепт (см. acceptance) в банке (bank), осуществившем его первоначальное предъявление трассату. Fina line of credit granted by a bank to an importer against which an exporter can draw a bill of exchange. After acceptance by the bank, the bill can either be sold in the market or held until maturity. -

Opsa quality control decision-making technique used in a manufacturing environment, in which acceptance or rejection of a batch of parts is decided by testing a sample of the batch. The sample is checked against established standards and, if it meets those standards, the whole batch is deemed acceptable. -
